Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Line Cook with 2–3 years of professional kitchen experience to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have strong cooking skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes, standards, and plating guidelines.

·         Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation at all times.

·         Assist with prep work, stocking, and restocking as needed during service.

·         Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

·         Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.

·         Assist in receiving and storing deliveries properly, As needed.

Qualifications:

·         2–3 years of experience as a line cook in a professional kitchen.

·         Strong knife skills and knowledge of various cooking methods.

·         Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency during busy periods.

·         Reliable, punctual, and a team player.

·         Food Handler’s Certification (preferred).
