Position Summary:

O’Brien’s Bakery is seeking an experienced and passionate Specialty Coffee Barista to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, a love for the coffee industry, and enjoys creating exceptional experiences for customers. As a key member of our energetic and customer-focused team, you’ll help foster a warm and engaging atmosphere that makes both guests and coworkers feel welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards

• Greet and interact with both new and returning customers in a friendly, professional manner

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation

• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

• Arrive on time and maintain consistent, reliable attendance

• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and fast-paced team environment

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience working as a barista in a specialty coffee setting

• Confident and efficient during busy service periods

• Outgoing, friendly, and committed to providing outstanding customer service

• Self-disciplined with strong attention to cleanliness and detail

• Passionate about coffee and delivering a high-quality product
