About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Front of House Café Brunch Associate to join our team. This customer-facing role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced brunch service and creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide warm, attentive customer service

• Take food and beverage orders accurately

• Operate the POS system and handle cash and card transactions

• Prepare and serve coffee and non-alcoholic beverages

• Deliver food to tables and assist guests as needed

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and front counter

• Restock front-of-house supplies (cups, napkins, condiments, etc.)

• Answer menu questions and provide recommendations

• Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth service

Qualifications

• Customer service or café experience preferred (but not required)

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Ability to work mornings, weekends, and brunch hours

• Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
