CAFE ASSOCIATE

O’Brien’s Bakery is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Café Associate to join our growing front-of-house team. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, enjoys engaging with people, and is passionate about quality food and beverage service. As a café staff member, you’ll guide guests through our baked goods and brunch offerings while contributing to a welcoming, high-energy environment where both customers and team members feel valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with both new and returning guests in a friendly, professional manner

• Assist customers in navigating our menu, including baked goods and beverage offerings

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation

• Follow all food safety and health regulations (valid Food Handler’s Card required)

• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of beverage items

• Arrive on time and maintain regular, reliable attendance

• Support a positive, team-oriented workplace

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in the food and beverage industry

• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced café environment

• Friendly, outgoing, and committed to delivering excellent customer service

• Clean, organized, and self-disciplined in your work habits

• Detail-oriented and passionate about providing a top-tier guest experience
