WHOLESALE CUSTOMER
REPRESENTATIVE
The customer service representative will act as a liaison between the company and customer. Provide product/service information and knowledge, take orders by phone, email or the system, resolve any emerging problems that our customers may face with accuracy and efficiency, and help build our customer base focusing on building strong customer relationships. To ensure customer satisfaction, our customer service representatives are expected to be self-motivated, have knowledge of our product lines, able to work well with others in a team environment and promote a positive working environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
· Manage large amounts of incoming purchase orders by phone, email, and our online system.
· Must be able to work under pressure and in a fast pace environment
· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries
· Handle and resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
· Review work orders & invoices
· Manage stale or damaged product and issue credits accordingly
· File and maintain files of wholesale invoices and bills
· Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
· Able to communicate clearly with others while maintaining a positive working environment
· Wear specialty approved resistant shoes and wear hair up to protect food safety
· Ensure proper food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the safest possible work environment
Minimum Qualifications
· Experience in customer service
· Familiarity with computer systems such as Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, as well as experience using billing and receiving systems
· Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Bi-lingual preferred (Spanish/English)
· Detail-oriented -- quality and precision-focused
· Team-oriented -- cooperative and collaborative

Pay Range: $19-$23
